SmartGoals is our in-house IP-protected infrared and sensor technology, complemented with a Bluetooth communication protocol. As soon as a body part or a ball passes through the smart-lighting gates, the built-in sensor automatically transmits the signal to the next pair of cones, measuring the effectiveness of the exercise with an accuracy of 0.01 seconds.
With visual stimuli and unexpected twists, SmartGoals requires sharp concentration and creativity from players. However, the system not only tests performance, but also improves the players’ vision, and decision-making in terms of speed and quality, reaction time, agility, cognitive skills, and collective problem-solving.
Challenges
Developing the SmartGoals interactive cone system posed multifaceted challenges, combining hardware and software intricacies. Integrating responsive sensors into the cones while maintaining durability and weather resistance demanded meticulous engineering. Coordinating real-time communication between the sensor-equipped cones and the central control unit required robust software development. Ensuring the system's versatility for varied skill levels and training scenarios added complexity. Overcoming these challenges was paramount to creating a revolutionary soccer training tool that enhances cognitive skills, agility, and technical abilities.
